Strategic Objective #3 – Faculty and Staff

St. Catherine’s is committed to attracting, developing and retaining inspiring and innovative staff members.  In an effort to best serve students while furthering the school’s mission, the school will build a culture of professional challenge where employees are encouraged to grow and inspired to lead. At the same time, St. Catherine’s will work toward defining a financial package that supports these goals.

Supporting strategies:

1.    Create and implement a comprehensive professional development plan for all faculty and staff, directed toward professionally challenging, growing, and retaining these key employees.

2.    Establish and implement a recruiting plan for identifying, attracting, recruiting, onboarding, and retaining inspiring and innovative faculty members.

3.    Identify and implement an ongoing, normalized method to competitively target St. Catherine’s staff financial package(s).
