ST. Catherine's Shadow Days

Shadow Days are the best way to find out what life as an Angel is really like! Students are welcome for a visit on select days throughout the school year (October-April), as noted in the registration form below. Register online or contact the Admissions Office at (262) 812-0155 at least 10 days in advance. We look forward to seeing you!  

Prospective students, in grades 7th and 8th, are invited to spend the day as a St. Catherine’s Angel! Follow a current student through his/her class schedule and receive a complimentary lunch from the Angels Cafe. Visits are offered on selected days only. Once scheduled, an email will be sent from the Admissions Office confirming your requested date and providing more detailed information.

We encourage 8th graders to shadow in the fall semester. Students in 7th grade should consider a shadow during the spring semester.

Shadow Day Schedule and Information

Check-in and Pick-up

Students should arrive by 7:05 a.m. on the assigned day. The main office is located on the northeast corner of 12th St. and Park Ave. (door #1). The buzzer, to the left of the door, will give you access to the school. Students should be picked up outside St. Catherine’s main entrance (northeast corner of 12th St. and Park Ave.) at 2:20 p.m.

Dress Code & Cell Phone Policy

Dress code is khaki or black uniform pants (jeans in khaki or black are acceptable). A Shadow Day t-shirt will be provided. Torn or ripped jeans are not permitted. Athletic shoes or dress shoes are acceptable for shadowing.

SCHS students and guests are not allowed to use cell phones during class. If a phone is brought on the day of the visit it must be checked in with the secretary at the main office.

Shadow Visit Lunch

Each guest will receive a ticket for lunch in the SCHS Cafeteria which has a variety of hot and grab-and-go items available each day. Students are also welcome to pack their lunch, if they prefer, and use the ticket for something cold to drink or a sweet treat.

Please note: Failure to adhere to any of the above policies may result in rescheduling the shadow day, as the student will not be permitted to visit with improper dress or disregard to our cell phone policy.
