Tuition for the 2020-21 school year will be available in December, 2020.

Tuition Payment Options Available through Smart Tuition

Families may choose to pay tuition in full or use the monthly installment plan provided through SMART Tuition. SMART Tuition offers 1, 2, 4, 10 or 11 monthly payment plans. The $50 SMART Tuition registration fee will be charged with your first tuition payment. School fees associated with athletics, transportation, uniforms, field trips and any other activities cannot be included in SMART tuition. 

2020-21 Athletic & Transportation Fees

High School Athletic Fee: $200 per sport (pay for two sports, third sport is free)

Middle School Athletic Fees:

Boys/Girls Volleyball-- $100

  • Boys/Girls Cross Country-- $25

  • Cheer-- $100

  • Boys/Girls Basketball-- $100

  • Boys/Girls Track & Field-- $25

  • Middle School Transportation Fee: $300/year To apply for middle school busing, the Optional Transportation Form must be submitted no later than July 1.

 Tuition Assistance: Financial Aid: Grades 8-12

Based on need, financial aid is available for all school families. The process includes completing the online aid application with SMART Aid. Click here to apply, beginning October 7, 2019. There is no fee for applying.

Fall Financial Aid session is open to all new families and families with an 8th grader moving on to the high school. This session is open October 7, 2019 through December 14, 2019. Please use the link above to connect to the SMART Aid website.

Spring Financial Aid session opens to all families, returning and new, on February 1, 2020 and ending on April 15, 2020. Please use the link above to connect to the SMART Aid website. Again, there is no fee for applying.

 Tuition Assistance: High School Scholarships

2020-21 High School Scholarships Application Now Available

St. Catherine's is offering scholarship opportunities for students entering grades 9-12 for the 2020-21 year. Selected students will receive scholarships starting at $500. The maximum awarded to one student is $3,000. The deadline to apply is Friday, January 17, 2020 by completing the online scholarship application form. Any supporting documents, also due no later than Friday, January 17, 2020, will need to be hand-delivered to either the SCHS main office located at 1200 Park Ave. or the Siena Admissions Office located at 1220 Villa St. Supporting documents may also uploaded and emailed to

Some scholarships request a recommendation form completed by a current teacher. Please download the Scholarship Teacher Recommendation Form, complete the top section of the form and then ask a current teacher to complete the rest of the form. Teachers should not return the form to the student. All forms should be emailed to or mailed to: Siena Catholic Schools, Admissions Department - Scholarships, 1220 Villa St., Racine, WI 53403.

 Tuition Assistance: High School Student Work Program

St. Catherine’s offers a work program to students who are 14 years of age or older. The summer program, as well as after school opportunities, are available to eligible students.  Tuition Assistance: The Siena Promise

The Siena Promise is a $2,000 St. Catherine’s High School tuition grant for families, offered annually, that meet the following criteria:

  • Has attended a Siena Catholic School or Siena Parish Religious Education Program for three years or more

  • Is in good financial and behavioral standing

  • Meets St. Catherine’s High School academic standards

Please note: The Siena Promise is not available to families funded through the Racine Parental Choice Program

 Tuition Assistance: Racine Parental Choice Program (RPCP)

In concert with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI), St. Catherine’s is a participant in the Racine Parental Choice Program. Income and residency requirements apply. The Siena Catholic Schools Racine Parental Choice Program open enrollment periods are February, March, April, May and June, 2020 between the 1st and the 20th of each month. For families currently receiving tuition assistance through the Choice Program, February is the only month that will guarantee your child(ren)’s seat in their current school for the 2020-21 school year. For those families that miss the February Choice Program open enrollment, completing the application and submitting the supporting documentation in one of the remaining months may result in your child(ren) being placed on a waiting list.
